These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Leadex mobile application ('App'), which provides educational resources in video and PDF formats to help students in secondary and high school prepare for their examinations. By accessing or using the Leadex App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

To use Leadex, you must sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your Google account information, including your email address, profile picture, and other personal information linked to your Google account. This information is essential for account creation, subscription management, and personalized content delivery.

Leadex offers a 5-day free trial for new users. During this period, you will have full access to all content and features of the App without charge. The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Leadex offers a monthly subscription plan that provides continued access to its resources. Subscription fees are billed monthly through your Mobile Money Number.

All payments are processed securely through your Internet Service Provider. Leadex stores your payment info to keep track of your subscriptions

The content provided by Leadex, including videos and PDFs, is for educational purposes only and is intended to assist students in their examination preparation. The content is proprietary to Leadex and its licensors.

Due to the sensitive and valuable nature of the content provided by Leadex, users are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots, screen recordings, or any other form of content capture within the App. Violation of this rule may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Leadex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content within the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not share, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit the content without explicit written permission from Leadex.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your Google account credentials. Leadex will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to distributing harmful or inappropriate content, attempting to hack or disrupt the App, or engaging in fraudulent activities.

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property within the App are owned by Leadex or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Leadex regarding the App shall be the exclusive property of Leadex, and Leadex may use such feedback without any obligation to you.

Leadex reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

The Leadex App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Leadex does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any errors or omissions in the content; or (d) any other matter related to the App.

Leadex may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cameroon Court Of Justice, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
